About

I’m a Dublin based artist focusing on jewellery, textiles and weaving. I like to explore patterns, line and movement within my work. I have a broad background of various crafts from Grennan Mill Craft School exploring metal, fabric, clay, textiles, wool and print as well as a Msc in Digital Media.

I’m drawn to working with abstract forms and shapes that are driven by memories, encounters and natural elements especially wild flowers and blossoms. A lot of my work is influenced by my childhood in Austria. Growing up with my mum cutting fabric and sewing clothes for us is still a really strong and vivid image for me and a constant inspiration.

Another passion of mine is yoga and movement. It acts as a balance between making and recharging my body and mind. When I am not busy with any of these you will find me gardening, collecting flowers or baking sourdough bread.
